We offer the following service:  1. Registration of your Domain (if not already registered) with Blacknight Internet Solutions Ltd.  2. Hosting of your Domain (if not already hosted) with Blacknight Internet Solutions Ltd. Domain Registration and Hosting will be in the name of your company or organisation. Invoices will be paid by RYEPEG Software Systems. Invoices from Blacknight will be sent to your nominated email account and will be returned to RYEPEG Software Systems for processing through our accounts. If RYEPEG paid for either Domain Registration and/or Web Hosting with Blacknight then you will receive an invoice for Domain Registration and/or Hosting which must be paid on receipt of invoice. No work can commence on the website until this invoice is paid. Web Design: We will design and launch your website within 3 days of receiving the order to commence work. We will require the following: 1. All text for the website to be typed into MS Word / Publisher 2007 or later3. 2. Images should be in .png, .jpeg or .gif format with good quality resolution and should not be blurred or pixelated. 3. Images must be capable of being enlarged by the user of the website. If hi-resolution images are supplied, and high resolution is not required, we will reduce the resolution in order to improve performance on the site and reduce space on the web site server 4. Logo’s should be in .png (transparent background) format. jpeg or gif format is acceptable, however we cannot change the background of these images. 5. Prominent company or organisation colors must be provided in RGB or CMYK reference numbers 6. 3 reference websites that are in the style that you would like your web site to be designed in Cost: Website design - €600 inclusive of VAT (once off payment) Website support - €36 per month inclusive of VAT (Total €360 per year) payable for 12 months in advance. This cost includes 3 hours per month for alterations to the website This figure is based on ‘fair usage’. If additional work required exceeds 3 hours per month then those additional hours may be charged for (with agreement from you) at €15 per hour plus VAT in that month. Additional Costs: These are optional and can include – - Enquiry form - Images that have to be purchased for the website (we respect copyright where it applies) Please note that we do not provide any type of On-line Shopping Cart or Payment Systems RYEPEG Software Systems design and maintain websites for schools... You suppy the content and we do all the work. If you are lucky to have a teacher on your staff who enjoys doing this additional work...thats great...if not then we can do it for you. Your Website as a presentation If your school has a display in the schools reception area we will provide you with a PRESENTATION DISPLAY of your website in MS PowerPoint. This will alow you to display your website to the school and to visitors. It will also allow you to insert your own messages or information into the presentation There is no charge for this service and it does not affect time allocated to website support.
